LUANG PRABANG DAILY CRUISE TRIP TO PAK OU CAVE

Starting from Luangprabang, daily we are providing day cruising trips on Mekong River to Pak Ou Cave. On this tour, You will come to see the famous Tam Ting Cave houses thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes, all brought there by devoted villages. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xang Hai where they make potent rice wine

At 8.30 am in the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel, and then depart to enjoy a boat trip on the Mekong River

Stop en route at Ban Xang Hai where villagers make potent local rice wine. The impressive cruise pass the stunning mountain landscape towards the mysterious Pak Ou Caves which is overlooking the confluence of the Nam Ou and Mekong River. 

These grottos are crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. We visit this famous site and have picnic lunch before we cruise back to Luang Prabang. 

Upon arrival we drive to Ban Phanom a well known weaving village of the Tai Lue people who used to make royal silk weaving textiles to Lao former royal family
